Explanation on the Leadership role

Explanation on the leadership roles.

The leadership position is a high grade position given to members that I think deserve, and also can handle the responsibilities and power of leadership.

Leaders take care of most of the minor administration roles, these roles are: Accepting or declining applications (with my approval). They also take care of the irc channel (soon to come), and also our ventrilo server (Soon to come).

note: Leaders are admins on the forums/vent.

I am currently working on recruiting a leader from another team (disclosed), he may be leaving that team for ours. I also have another ex member in mind for the other role of leadership.

I hope this clears the question of leadership roles for everyone.
